We are a manufacturing company that specializes in lipids and surfactants who is healthy and growing nationally and internationally. We’re a leader in our market and have over 30+ year success. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Essential Goals and Functions:

Responsible for meeting all customer requirements; resulting in accurate, timely deliveries to our customers.
Serve as primary point of contact for your customer base.
Responsible for processing customer orders, submitting orders to production, tracking shipments, and processing invoices.
Work with Management and Account Reps to develop positive relationships and long-term partnerships with customers.
Ensure prompt follow-up communication on all customer service-related issues: shipment status inquiries, customer-specific requirements, service information, corrections on shipments, & returns.
Develop strong organizational and product knowledge.
Generate Import / Export documents for customs clearance for our international customers.
Begin Non-conformities when necessary.
Have the ability to multitask.
Invoice, credits, debits and upload invoices in many SAP/ Portals.
Run GHG Reports
Skills Required:

Ability to convey information accurately and efficiently, verbally and in written form.
Approachable and positive in conversations with customers and other team members
Ability to accept ownership and analyze problems, working systematically to solve them.
Logistics experience a plus
Bilingual ( Spanish / English)
Ability to be proactive.
Knowledge of AS400 / Prism system a plus
Experience and Education

3–5-years minimum Customer Service experience in an office setting
High School education
Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)
