Overview

We are seeking a positive, experienced and highly organized full-time house manager and personal assistant to support a local family (husband, wife and dog). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the family has everything they need to operate at the highest level of efficiency by taking care of all personal and household tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

●     Schedule and oversee all projects to keep the household organized and running smoothly, including, but not limited to: lawn care, pool maintenance, organizing, car maintenance, personal care appointments, etc.

●     Complete household chores including but not limited to, light cleaning, laundry, meal prep when needed, dry cleaning, empty/run dishwasher, etc.

●     Communicate with vendors and contractors and oversee quality of work.

●     Maintain all appliances schedule biannual maintenance & cleaning.

●     Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

●     Schedule transportation (driver) as needed to and from various appointments.

●     Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.

●     Pack, organization and outfit planning for all travel.

●     Walk, schedule grooming appointments and care for the family dog and handle corresponding travel.

●     Be prepared to house/dog sit as needed.

●     Plan and organize social events and plan corresponding budgets.

●     Handle correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.

●     Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

●     Maintain inventory of clothing needs and coordinate with tailor as needed.

●     Maintain household inventory (pantry stocking, coordinate with chef, toiletries, etc)

●     Complete special projects as assigned, including research, presentations, and other tasks.

●     Proactively identify and anticipate the needs of the family and take appropriate action to ensure their success.

●     Provide exceptional administrative support, always delivering tasks in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

 

Requirements:

●     Minimum 4 years of experience as a house manager/personal assistant supporting high-level executives.

●     Must possess a high school degree

●     Associate or bachelor degree preferred

●     Proven track record of exceptional performance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

●     Results driven, take action attitude.

●     Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
