Small Law Office seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience; preferably in the legal industry. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage tasks in a challenging environment. The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the day-to-day activities.


Pay: $15-$20 an hour depending on experience and skills.


Responsibilities: Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize time and productivity. Coordinate and arrange both internal and external meetings, including help set up video conferences, and preparing necessary materials. Prepare and edit pleadings, correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism. Help manage communications both voice and by electronic means to help ensure efficient information flow and seamless coordination. Maintain digital files and databases, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of information. Assist in monitoring and responding to emails, inquiries, and requests on behalf of executives when necessary. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed. Conduct research and gather relevant information to support decision-making processes. Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.

Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a legal background, but not required. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, terminology, and industry trends and/or the ability to learn quickly. Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work autonomously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule: This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week. The specific work schedule can be negotiated based on mutual agreement.


Location: The position is based at our Westerville, Ohio office and is in-person.
