Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and faxes
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide product availability, pricing, and order status updates
  • Handle returns, adjustments, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain strong internal communication

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills (typing test may be required)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive
  • Must be 18 or older
