Overview
Earth Peak Organics provides residential, commercial, and institutional food scraps diversion services. We offer on-site solutions as well as bucket and cart service to minimize our hauling and create value at the point of generation. We are looking for a Sustainability Technician in the Columbus, Ohio area!
As the Sustainability Technician your responsibilities will include but not are not limited to:
-Driving to our residential and/or commercial sites to pick up food scraps
-Bringing food scraps back to our facility in Dublin, OH for processing
-Cleaning and returning carts back to site
Qualifications:
-Self-motivated and able to work independently without strict oversight
-Time management skills–this position offers flexible hours; as long as work is completed on time each week, you get to make your own schedule
-Ability to lift and move 50lbs
-Valid drivers license and ability to operate large vehicles
$18-20/hour, ~30 hours per week, flex time, optional health insurance benefits
