Garage Floor Coating of Columbus is a local franchise epoxy flooring company in the Columbus, OH market. We are presently looking for installers to install our flooring systems in residential and commercial spaces. The position requires reporting to our Hilliard, OH warehouse by 7:45 a.m. Monday-Friday, some Saturdays required, and then onto the job locations for the day in our company truck/trailer. No experience required, we will train. The position will involve being part of a crew for each unique job. The installation of GFCC takes skill and a hard-working attitude.
This is an full-time hourly rate position, plus occasional overtime. ($16-$18/hr)
RESPONSIBILITIES & Requirements
Installer’s will have some interaction with customers and are required to have a friendly, professional, and polite manner
Responsible to properly handle company machinery and power tool’s
Installer’s will need to be able to read and understand project plans
Be able to be on time, in company provided uniform shirts, and a lunch packed for the day
High School Diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License
Pass a background check
Pass a drug screening
Basic understanding of units of measure such as feet, inches, and square feet.
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be trustworthy in and around a customer’s home.
Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Able to drive and operate a work truck, pulling a trailer.
High attention to the details.
Able to listen and take direction and work with the other crew members
