B. Job Objective
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the overall Admin requirements at office including security (of property, assets and employees), facility maintenance, transportation, admin related procurement and liaison with concerned authorities
the Function Head in execution of HR processes to be driven from corporate office
C. Primary Responsibilities
Strategic
Develop & communicate policies for managing all aspects of security and admin at office (in consultation with Head – HR & IR)
Lead adoption of advanced payroll systems based on the guidance of the IT department
Financial
Provide inputs during preparation of annual budget for Admin related activities & ensure adherence to the finalized budget
Ensure limited liabilities to the organization on account of erroneous payroll calculations or non compliances to statutory returns Process
