Consumer and Business Banking Infrastructure (CBBi) provides end-to-end service delivery for all lines of business CBBi supports.  Our Mission is to provide value to our clients through technical leadership in development and delivery of both fully optimized standards and innovative information technology solutions to support the needs of the various lines of business within the environment.
As a Project Manager for CBBi, you will support the development and management of the project/application’s business case. Develop project plan and execution approach. Utilize a rigorous process of defining client requirements and project specifications. Analyze and discuss the potential risks/benefits involved in using the specified technology solution to address the business requirement. Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success. Manage the project estimating activity. Work with Program Manager, Resource Manager and AD teams to select core team, communicate approach; present plans and gain sign-off from the business and IT leadership. Work with Resource Manager to implement resource strategy for specific organization and to implement sourcing schedule to ensure workforce coverage. Optimize utilization of talent through specific development and mobility programs. Conduct project/phase kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles and project expectations and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary.
Qualifications
  • College degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum five years of combined business, project management, team leadership and IT experience required
  • Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.) and industries
  • Knowledge of CMM and Six Sigma Methodologies and Standards
  • Knowledge and experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Project Workbench, PMI, etc.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups with strong team management, leadership and coaching skills
  • Project Management Certification a plus
  • Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models, and working with professional services firms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
