Job Summary:
The Product Support Specialist will work closely with our customers to assist in implementations, issue identification, troubleshooting and resolution of Veeva’s CRM solution. In addition, he/she will work closely with internal teams (Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Services) to ensure the success across our various teams as well as customers.  This position reports to the Director of Product Support and requires a strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced and fluid entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of technology / support related work experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting software.
  • Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work second shift (noon to 9:00 PM EST)

 Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce.com experience.
  • Veeva CRM experience.
  • SQL experience.
