Overview

The Project Manager requires strong leadership and communication skills with expertise in specific project types (retail). Monitors and tracks project progress, aged accounts, invoicing and budget, and is responsible for overall project performance and profitability.  Develops schedules, budgets and proposals (contracts). Responsible for building, maintaining and managing client relationships.  Has excellent technical knowledge and management skills and is able to Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of projects.  Is involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently. Possess strong drive, motivation and self-initiative.  Communicates and coordinates project requirements with the project team and consultants. Can articulate Greenberg Farrow’s mission statement to team members and clients.  Reports to the Studio Director.

 
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Masters preferred

 

8 years experience with 5 years in commercial (retail/mixed-use) projects
Licensure in Architecture required

 

Thorough understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and approval process
Experienced managing multiple projects
Strong leadership skills – ability to manage teams effectively
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized, detail-driven and conscientious
Is attuned to areas of structural, mechanical, electrical and site requirements
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, with a working knowledge of current version of AutoCAD/Revit
