Administrative Assistant (Job Opening 380350) – Provides administrative secretarial support and assistance to faculty within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology; coordinates and maintains academic, professional and clinical calendars; prepares correspondence; schedules meetings; makes travel arrangements; creates invoices and assists with reimbursements; coordinates and prepares appointments, assists with Promotion & Tenure requirements and credentialing; coordinates special division functions; provides phone coverage and cross coverage for other administrative assistants.
Education and Experience
Per CCS Requirements: Six months experience using word processing software to generate a variety of materials ranging from basic to complex; 6 months experience (600 hours course work) in office practices and procedures; 6 months experience (600 hours course work) in customer service. Requires successful completion of a background check; qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
